Delivery

We strive to provide our customers with the best delivery service. Therefore, all our parcels are delivered by TNT Express, a FedEx Express Group company specialising in express parcel delivery services. 

 

We deliver exclusively to the countries mentioned below. 

Delivery is free of charge for all orders totalling more than €50.00. For orders totalling less than €50.00, please refer to the table below.

Estimated delivery times vary, depending on the country, from 4 to 7 business days. Indicative details by country are provided below.

Once your order is ready for delivery, a parcel number will be e-mailed to you for direct tracking of your order. 

What if you are absent at the time of delivery? A calling card will be left in your letterbox, specifying the contact details of the TNT branch that is in possession of the parcel in order to reschedule the delivery.
