A través de “Oceancook” queremos demostrar nuestro amor por la naturaleza en un proyecto que ayude a dar visibilidad y poner un punto de atención en las especies marinas en serio peligro de extinción en el Mar Mediterraneo.

La Fundación Oceanográfic Valencia @oceanografic_vl , que lleva a cabo proyectos de conservación de la fauna marina concretamente la protección de un gran número de especies en peligro, a través de Antonio Tordesillas, responsable del restaurante Submarino @restaurantesubmarino , llevaba años queriendo representar determinadas especies para crear objetos de menaje. Sus equipo técnico encabezado el científico Daniel Garcia trabajaba con un banco de datos con una valiosa información sobre las especies pero necesitaban un traductor que pudiera aglutinar todas las necesidades.

De la mano de nuestro distribuidor de Valencia @munozbosch_ liderado por Rafa Muñoz se llevó a cabo una primera reunión donde surgió surgió la chispa que dotó de una sinergia especial a los diferentes equipos, compartiendo información y entusiasmo, sabiendo que nuestro punto de partida debía responder a la premisa: ¿ es posible representar una especie marina concreta bajo un formato de diseño cuyo volumen fuera capaz de dar cabida a la funcionalidad de un objeto de mesa ?
El resultado lo podéis comprobar vosotros mismos..

Shark-tooth is our new design that will help to protect White Sharks @oceanografic_vl , this specie is also in serious danger of extinction in the Mediterranean Sea. On this occasion the design is composed of a small plate with a top following the morphology of the White Shark’s tooth.

Another or our species is the eel, is one the most critical endangered specie in the Mediterranean Sea as eels cannot be bred in captivity. The Oceanografic Valencia has a project that works towards making it possible.

The ray fish is the core of the collection and it is developed in 4 formats: flat, deep, dessert and side.
